Our story
Christina Coscia is the founder of Home Simplified™ and Simply Folded™, and publisher of Peninsula Magazine.
Growing up in the heart of Washington, D.C., and now calling Charleston home, Christina understands the pace of busy households in both cities. As a mom of two, she created Simply Folded™ to give families one less thing to manage.
Each client is paired with the same professional organizer, who folds clean laundry, puts it away, and keeps drawers and closets neat, organized, and easy to maintain.
Founded in Charleston, Simply Folded™ is expanding to the Washington, D.C. Metro area bringing the same trusted service to busy households in both cities simplifying your to do list, one basket at a time.

Our team signs NDAs, and we are here to create functional spaces without judgment. Christina also works with trauma survivor's and ADHD clients, with her education and training, shaped by her own experience growing up with ADHD graduating from The Lab School of Washington. She understands firsthand how an organized home can impact your life and your mind. Every home operates differently, and our goal is to help you create a space that is functional, beautiful, and manageable for your lifestyle.
